These downloads are used by SP Diagnostics for remote support access to your PC. Only download if you are requested by SP Support to do so.
You may need to enable your firewall to allow connections to the Internet for this application.
Vehicle Technical Support:
We do not currently offer a vehicle support hotline, there are a number of third parties that offer such a service and is also suitable for use with SP Diagnostics products.
We cover warranty repairs, repairs and service for the following SP Diagnostics products:
• SPi Handset, Leads and accessories
• Service Reset Tools and Service Tools (Park Brake Tools)
• Battery Configuration Tools
• Keyfob Testers
• Westfalia Auto Code
• Westfalia Auto Code Mini
We do not handle repairs of the following Sykes-Pickavant products:
• Sykes-Pickavant branded Scopes, Multimeters, Gauges, Gas Analysers
These are not SP Diagnostics products and you should contact Sykes-Pickavant directly.
For repairs and service of your diagnostic equipment, you must obtain a SP Diagnostics returns authorisation (RMA) number first.
