We reserve the right to retain the returned product until we receive payment of the charges incurred, up to the authorised amount.
If we do not receive payment within 28 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the products at our sole discretion, without any liability to you.
Delays if not returning direct
We have experienced additional delays of over 1 month when not sending returns directly to us, these delays are outside of our control.
We aim to repair your item within 1 week of arrival to us, this does depend on the nature of the fault and current work load status of the repairs department, so it may be shorter or longer.
RMA inclusion & packaging
Ensure you include the returns number with any product returned and also mark the outside of the packaging with the number, returning items without a number will incur delays or rejection. Make sure the item is packaged well and is safe to send and include any other information regarding the fault to assist us in diagnosing the problem.
